Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Anemes
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You may not use Anemes for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You may use Anemes to share personal stories and mysteries, but you must NOT:

• Post content that is hateful, threatening, or promotes violence
• Share sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Share personal information about others without consent
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use Anemes to spam, scam, or deceive others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

When you train your AI and visitors chat with it:

• The AI generates responses based on your training data
• AI responses are not always 100% accurate representations of you
• We detect and prevent harassment using AI analysis
• Chats may be terminated automatically if inappropriate behavior is detected
• You can review incident reports in your dashboard
• Rate limits apply: 20 messages per session, resets after 24 hours

When visiting profiles and chatting with AIs:

• Be respectful and authentic in your interactions
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse profile owners or their AIs
• Do not attempt to extract personal information
• Do not spam or abuse rate limits
• Do not use automated tools to interact with profiles

Harassment results in automatic chat termination and potential account suspension.

To ensure fair use and prevent abuse, we enforce the following limits:

• Mystery Challenge: 3 attempts per day per visitor per profile
• AI Chat: 20 messages per session, new session after 24 hours
• Profile Views: Unique views counted once per day per visitor
• Failed Attempts: 24-hour cooldown after 3 failed mystery attempts

You retain ownership of the content you create on Anemes (mysteries, AI training data, etc.). By using Anemes, you grant us a license to:

• Display your content to visitors who access your profile
• Use your AI training data to generate chat responses
• Store and process your data to provide our services

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or harassing behavior
• Post prohibited content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the platform for illegal activities

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
